    The RICS has introduced the New RICS Home Survey Standard which, became live on 1 March 2021. The RICS have implemented a transition period for the new home survey reports, which will run until 31 August 2021. 


    Brampton Home Surveys are working to the New RICS Home Survey Standard and will be updating our website to reflect the new terminology shortly. For ease of reference:


    The Home Survey Level 1 replaces the RICS Condition Report.

    The Home Survey Level 2 replaces the RICS HomeBuyer Report

    The Home Survey Level 3 replaces the RICS Building Survey
